The online Bachelor’s degree program at FSU’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice has been ranked number two in the nation for Online Criminal Justice Programs for the 2014 Academic Year by BestColleges.com, a resource for students wishing to make an educated choice about pursuing higher education. The ranking is determined using information from student and faculty surveys, independent research, ranking systems, and the input of other credible and authoritative sources. This is the second year FSU Criminology has received this prestigious award.

The online Bachelor’s program is a relatively new addition to the College. Since its launch in 2010, students from across the nation have been given the opportunity to advance their career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Benefits of the program include market rate tuition, which allows all distance learning students to pay in-state tuition, no requirements to come to campus during their academic career, and learning from the best criminologists in the country – many of whom are experts in their field. Unlike any other program in the country, all online classes are taught by faculty members, not students or adjunct professors.
