To earn a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice, a student must make a grade of “C-” or better in a total of 12 semester hours in Criminology and Criminal Justice:
- CCJ 2020: Introduction to Criminal Justice
- Nine additional semester hours in Criminology and Criminal Justice

Note:
- CCJ 2020 (CCJ 1020) may be taken at the community college level prior to being admitted to Florida State University
- Nine of the 12 total hours must be taken at FSU
- Students may not take CCJ 4905r: Directed Individual Study to fulfill the minor
- Students may not take CCJ 4933r: Seminar in Criminology to fulfill the minor
- Students may not take CCJ 4938r: Special Topics in Criminology to fulfill the minor
