On Sept. 9, the Criminology Development Council held the 2016 Hall of Fame Celebratory Dinner at Hotel Duval in Tallahassee, Fla.

The event was held to honor alumni of the College of Criminology and Criminal Justice who have demonstrated outstanding professional accomplishments, service to the College, Florida State University, and their communities.

Five alumni were honored at this year’s event.

2016 Distinguished Alumni Award recipients included: Dr. Max Bromley (BS ’72, MS ’73) and Dr. Charles Swanson (BS ’69, MS ’71).

2016 Hall of Fame inductees included: Dr. John P. J. Dussich (BS ’60, MS ’63, PhD ’75), Mr. Steven D. Harriett (BS ’75), and Dr. Marvin D. Krohn (PhD ’74).
