Steven Zane received his Ph.D. in Criminology from the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Northeastern University. Additionally, Dr. Zane holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School. His research interests are juvenile transfers, racial disparities in juvenile and criminal justice processing, crime prevention, and criminal law and punishment. Dr. Zane’s published work has appeared in Justice Quarterly, Criminology & Public Policy, Journal of Criminal Justice, Youth Violence and Juvenile Justice, and British Journal of Criminology.
