FSU’s College of Criminology and Criminal Justice will be hosting the 2014 Criminology Career Panel on April 2. The event will take place at the Claude Pepper Center’s Broad Auditorium from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Refreshments will be provided.
Criminology’s 2014 Career Panel will include representatives from the Public Defender’s Office, Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy, Anabelle Dias Law Firm, Chief Inspector General Office, and the Florida Department of Corrections.
The Criminology Career Panel event is designed for students who are considering entering the workforce upon graduation instead of pursuing a master’s or Ph.D. It gives students the opportunity to interact with professionals and hear first-hand what they look for during the interview process. Students also gain invaluable advice about how to impress their future employers and how to advance their career.
